Fun? A dentist? Actually, yes. Maybe it’s our incredibly friendly and energetic staff. Maybe it’s just that we really care about our patients, and we get a kick out of serving them well. We take time to explain things. We’ll hold a hand, share a laugh, and make sure you understand everything we’re suggesting. Before we start a procedure, whether it’s basic family dentistry or state-of-the-art cosmetic dental services, we make sure that it’s a service you’re comfortable choosing. Your First Appointment

We have patients from near and far who started coming here and just keep coming back, even after moving to another state. The best way to discover if you might feel the same way is to set up an initial appointment. Then come in, meet everybody, and have a comprehensive exam and consultation. Our hygienist will give you a cleaning and digital X-rays to be sure you aren’t experiencing decay. Then, you can get to know Dr. Friedman, and he’ll help you understand any additional treatments that could help you achieve complete oral health. If you’re interested in cosmetic dentistry, he’ll be happy to discuss that, too.

Dr. Friedman and all of the staff believe our patients should understand why they need the treatments recommended to them and how it will benefit them. That’s why Dr. Friedman spends time listening to your concerns and explaining his recommendations. Then, our treatment coordinator will go over a written plan that itemizes each procedure, fees, and what we estimate your insurance will cover. She also will be happy to discuss your financial options with you if you’d like. Then, the next steps are up to you. We’ll be happy to serve you, no matter what you decide.

Digital X-rays and an intra-oral camera are safe, easy ways to help patients actually see what we’re recommending and why. They also expose our patients to less radiation than traditional bitewing X-rays. If you require treatment beyond the standard exam and cleaning, you can relax and tune out the whir of equipment by watching digital satellite television, complete with headphones.
